Client Dosing
Start Low & Slow
Initially instruct clients to take just a few pellets at a time for the first week. This gives the body a chance to adapt and reduce the chance of any mild "die off" reactions which are normal and even healthy.
Note: Do Not Chew Mini-Pellets. Take with water like a vitamin.
A Little at a Time
Instruct clients to increase slowly but consistently by adding more pellets into their dosing routine every few days.
Tip: No matter how much the client taking each time, it's best to remind them take it up to 3 times per day!
Work Up to 1/4 of a Blue Scoop
Helping clients reach this level may take longer or shorter depending on the severity of their needs. Remind them to be flexible and dial in the intake amount up or down.
Reach Your Maintenance Level
Instruct clients to continue to increase intake adding more pellets until they reach their daily maintenance amount. The most common dose is 1 blue scoop (equal to 1 tsp.) ingested at each mealtime.
Advanced Dosing
Lauricidin® can be taken in even higher amounts with no adverse effects. Many successful users increase their intake amount during increase social contact, traveling and going abroad and during times of "major life stress" or "seasonal challenges".
